Mosquito and Pest Control Technician

About the role

Weed Man is a leading franchise lawn care company seeking energetic, customer service-oriented individuals to join our team as Mosquito and Pest Control Technicians. This role involves visiting residential and commercial clients to apply mosquito control, tick/flea control, and perimeter pest control products. Responsibilities also include measuring lawns, providing quotes, and making field sales.

Responsibilities

• Visit residential and commercial clients to apply mosquito and pest control products.
• Provide accurate lawn measurements and quotes.
• Offer additional products and services to customers.
• Ensure top-of-the-line customer service.
• Monitor product usage and quality control.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Perform lawn care tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Experience in Pest Control and/or Lawn Care (preferred).
• Mosquito Control Certification preferred (7A, 7F).
• Ability to work 40+ hours per week in various/extreme weather conditions, including Saturdays.
• Available to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Willingness to train and certify new team members.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with customers.

Pay

Starting wage based on experience, with time and a half over 40 hours worked.

Schedule

Flexible schedule, including Saturdays as needed, with potential for overtime.
