Mortgage Sales Supervisor
About the role
This position supervises loan origination activities for a small team of Mortgage Loan Originators. Key responsibilities include ensuring timely document acquisition, meeting loan volume goals, establishing referral relationships, participating in industry associations, and fostering customer relationships.

Requirements
- NMLS registration required
- Two or more years of mortgage sales experience
- Good knowledge of sales and sales strategies
- Thorough knowledge of mortgage products/services
- Working knowledge of underwriting requirements
- Knowledge of local, state, and national laws
- Strong attention to detail and financial analysis skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
