About the role

This is not a passive training program. From day one, you'll be actively engaged, learning the skills and confidence needed to succeed in a fast-paced, rewarding sales environment. This position provides a clear path from Entry-Level Mortgage Sales into a Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer position.

You’ll learn the industry, develop your sales skills, obtain your licensing, and gain the confidence and experience needed to build a successful career in mortgage lending. You’ll work alongside experienced mortgage professionals who are invested in your development, providing hands-on training, coaching, and mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Complete mortgage licensing and compliance training (100% company-paid)
• Master proven sales scripts and communication techniques
• Build and manage a pipeline of prospective borrowers
• Gain hands-on experience with loans actively moving through the process
• Receive ongoing coaching and mentorship from industry leaders
• Prepare for a successful transition into a full-time Mortgage Loan Officer role

Pay

$16 - $18 hourly + commission during training and beyond.
