    • Participate in regular pipeline meetings.
    • Monitor loan milestones to help ensure on-time closings.
  • Client Experience
    • Respond promptly to clients and referral partners.
    • Set clear expectations throughout the loan process.
    • Create confidence during what can often be a stressful transaction.
    • Help ensure every client experiences an on-time closing.

Requirements

  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple loan files in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience reviewing borrower income, assets, and loan documentation.
  • Working knowledge of mortgage guidelines and loan products.
  • Experience running Automated Underwriting Systems (DU/LPA preferred).
  • Strong computer and technology skills with the ability to quickly learn new systems.
  • Experience working within a mortgage loan origination system and CRM is preferred.
  • Mortgage Coach experience is a plus.
  • NMLS license preferred.
