Responsibilities
- Manage loan processing and underwriting procedures
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation of all mortgage transactions
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to address any issues
- Train and mentor new employees in mortgage operations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in mortgage operations
- Knowledge of federal and state mortgage laws and regulations
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
