About the role
The NEO Academy Program is a 90-day paid training experience designed to develop future mortgage professionals within NEO Home Loans' Operations and Sales Support teams. This is not just a job—it is a career launch opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Gain exposure to Operations, customer service, workflow management, mortgage fundamentals, and the technology powering the modern mortgage process.
- Receive structured training, mentorship, and real-world exposure to build a foundation for a long-term career within NEO.
- Learn through "The NEO Way" and gain hands-on experience within Tinman, NEO's loan origination platform.
- Collaborate with teams and focus on improving the borrower experience.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1-3 years of professional experience preferred.
