Mortgage Loan Specialist

About the role

Maintain and grow relationships with clients to provide mortgage loan solutions. Assist in the underwriting process and ensure compliance with all regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough credit analysis and risk assessment
• Prepare and present loan proposals to clients
• Manage loan applications from start to close
• Ensure compliance with federal and state lending laws
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in mortgage lending
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
