Job Responsibilities
- Review loan applications packages for completeness and accuracy, reconcile application against system input
- Calculate and analyze income, assets, and liabilities

- Gather required documentation from customer and third parties in support of the loan approval decision
- Promptly and professionally communicate to customers, loan officers, and underwriters
- Establish ongoing relationships with both internal and external clients by delivering best-in-class customer service
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of mortgage loan experience
- Self-directed, motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, DU, LP, CRM
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Detailed and demonstrates excellent decision-making skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to excel in a fun and energetic results-driven environment
