What You’ll Do
- SOURCE AND MANAGE YOUR OWN MORTGAGE PROCESSING PIPELINE.
- WORK DIRECTLY WITH LOAN OFFICERS, UNDERWRITERS, AND CLIENTS TO ENSURE SEAMLESS TRANSACTIONS.
- Maintain compliance and accuracy in all loan documentation.
- BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH LENDERS, REAL ESTATE PROFESSIONALS, AND BORROWERS TO GROW YOUR BUSINESS.
What We’re Looking For
- MINIMUM 2 YEARS OF MORTGAGE PROCESSING EXPERIENCE.
- Strong understanding of loan guidelines, underwriting, and compliance.
- Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset – ready to take charge of your success.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines and closing loans efficiently.
