Mortgage Loan Originator (Wichita)

About the role

We are looking for a Mortgage Loan Originator who is prepared to make a difference in the lives of consumers who want to buy a home. As a Mortgage Loan Originator, you will consult with clients to assess their needs and recommend lending solutions. You will also help clients put together a complete loan application and work with our Operations team throughout the loan process.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• At least three years of direct sales experience
• A proven track record of generating at least $15 million annually in self-sourced residential loan volume

• Exceptional customer service skills
• Strong communication abilities
• A high level of professionalism

Skills

• Ability to generate significant loan volume independently
• Strong client relationship management skills
