About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Mortgage Loan Officer to join our team. This position will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, underwriting loans, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough loan investigations and evaluations
• Prepare and submit loan applications to third-party lenders
• Manage loan files and ensure timely processing
• Communicate with clients to provide updates and address concerns
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local lending regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in mortgage banking or lending
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

• Knowledge of mortgage products and processes

$50,000 - $60,000 annually based on experience
