About the role

Bronco Federal Credit Union is seeking a Member Service Representative (Teller) for our Franklin location. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping people and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet members promptly and pleasantly, providing efficient and accurate service with attention to detail in processing transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, cashing and disbursing checks, stop payments, wires, and account maintenance.
• Balance daily transactions.
• Provide accurate information regarding accounts, services, products, policies, and procedures.
• Learn and understand products and services (e.g., deposit and loan services) to offer solutions to members’ financial needs.
• Develop and maintain member relationships.
• Research, respond to, and resolve member questions.
• Ensure compliance with applicable statutes and regulations, including BSA.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

A High School diploma or GED is preferred.
