About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Mortgage Loan Officer to join our team. This position will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, underwriting loans, and ensuring compliance with all regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough loan investigations and evaluations
• Prepare and submit loan applications to third-party lenders
• Communicate with clients to provide updates on loan status and answer questions
• Ensure all loan documents are accurate and complete
• Manage and maintain client relationships to foster long-term business growth

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of mortgage industry experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Skills

• Knowledge of mortgage lending laws and regulations
• Experience with loan processing software
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Pay

Salary range: $50,000 - $70,000 annually
