About the role

We are looking for a motivated Loan Officer who wants to grow within a connected real estate and lending environment while building strong referral relationships and earning rewarding commissions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on client education, marketing efforts, and buyer engagement throughout the home-buying process.
• Build strong relationships with active real estate agents.
• Create a positive experience for clients moving from preapproval through closing.
• Stay connected to active transactions and ongoing buyer activity.
• Strengthen your referral network by working alongside productive real estate professionals.
• Support long-term relationship building and sustainable business growth through organized systems, accountability, and consistent follow-up.

Requirements

• Experience in real estate and lending is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Passion for helping clients achieve their home buying goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Skills

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of real estate and lending processes.
