Location Requirements
- You must reside in one of the following states: MN, SD, IA, FL, MO, WI, or AR.
Core Responsibilities
- Qualify and originate mortgage loan applicants for various products.
- Conduct necessary financial data analysis and ensure compliance with standards, policies, and procedures.
- Build relationships with Realtors, Builders, and other referral sources.
- Provide exceptional service to existing customers and cross-sell to other departments.
- Facilitate the loan closing process.
- Work online lead shifts as assigned.
Secondary Responsibilities
- Maintain knowledge of real estate products, underwriting procedures, and the mortgage lending industry.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Aid the retail lending department in all aspects of mortgage lending.
- Participate in BSA training and demonstrate knowledge of BSA relative to job responsibilities.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.

Compensation & Benefits
- An annual salary of $60K, plus a no-cap commission structure.
