Location Requirements

• You must reside in one of the following states: MN, SD, IA, FL, MO, WI, or AR.

Core Responsibilities

• Qualify and originate mortgage loan applicants for various products.
• Conduct necessary financial data analysis and ensure compliance with standards, policies, and procedures.
• Build relationships with Realtors, Builders, and other referral sources.
• Provide exceptional service to existing customers and cross-sell to other departments.
• Facilitate the loan closing process.
• Work online lead shifts as assigned.

Secondary Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of real estate products, underwriting procedures, and the mortgage lending industry.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Aid the retail lending department in all aspects of mortgage lending.
• Participate in BSA training and demonstrate knowledge of BSA relative to job responsibilities.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Compensation & Benefits

• An annual salary of $60K, plus a no-cap commission structure.
