About the role

This position provides professional interaction with a growing number of credit union members and mortgage partners. Providing high quality counseling, advisement and educational prospective for borrowers regarding mortgage programs, rates and documentation requirements by conducting in-depth telephone and occasional face to face interviews.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality counseling, advisement and educational prospective for borrowers regarding mortgage programs, rates and documentation requirements by conducting in-depth telephone and occasional face to face interviews.
• Possess a thorough understanding of FNMA, FHA and PHFA programs and guidelines.
• Identify and cultivate existing and future business opportunities through relationship marketing.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with credit union members and mortgage partners.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of origination experience.
• NMLS Licensing necessary.

Qualifications

• Thorough understanding of FNMA, FHA and PHFA programs and guidelines.
• Well-developed communication skills.
• The ability to identify and cultivate existing and future business opportunities.
