About the role

Motivated and experienced Mortgage Loan Originators are needed to assist in the origination of mortgage loans. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs, prepare loan applications, and facilitate the loan process.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in understanding and completing mortgage loan applications
• Work with clients to secure necessary documentation for loan approval
• Communicate with clients throughout the loan process to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
• Manage loan files and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
• Meet sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction levels

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in mortgage lending or related field
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Pass a background check and credit check
