About the role
We’re expanding our high-performing sales team and seeking Licensed Mortgage Loan Originators who are motivated, client-focused, and ready to grow with a company that provides both strong infrastructure and qualified leads.
Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining client relationships with borrowers, realtors, and referral partners.
- Leveraging company-provided leads to expand your pipeline.
- Originating and closing both purchase and refinance loans.
- Managing multiple deals with urgency and attention to detail.
- Meeting monthly production goals with the support of our operations and marketing teams.
Requirements
- Active NMLS License (required).
- Minimum 3 years of recent mortgage origination experience.
- Strong track record of production and sales performance.
- Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to adapt to digital mortgage platforms.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the discipline to work independently.

Pay
