Responsibilities

• Engage with potential clients to understand their mortgage needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Convert inbound leads into closed loans by leveraging our strong partnerships with Realtor.com and Zillow.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients to ensure a smooth loan process and build long-term relationships.
• Collaborate with our operations team to ensure timely and accurate processing of mortgage applications.
• Stay informed about the latest mortgage products and market trends to offer clients the best advice.
• Utilize our structured systems to manage your pipeline efficiently and meet production goals.
• Foster relationships with local realtors to generate new purchase opportunities and expand your network in Massachusetts and New Hampshire.

Qualifications

• Active NMLS license with a preference for Massachusetts licensing.
• Experience in managing a robust pipeline of mortgage loans, ensuring timely funding and smooth transactions.
• Ability to communicate effectively with realtors, processors, underwriters, and borrowers to facilitate seamless loan processes.
• Proven track record of understanding and explaining various loan programs and closing costs to prospective buyers.
• Skill in building and maintaining strong relationships with realtors, builders, and other referral partners.
• Experience in gathering and preparing necessary documents to meet underwriting requirements efficiently.
• Able to work in a high-performance environment, focusing on execution, speed, and lead conversion into closed loans.
