About the role
PRMI is hiring experienced Mortgage Loan Officers who want to close more loans, keep their referral partners happy, and get paid well for it.
Responsibilities
- Close more loans
- Keep referral partners happy
- Work with in‑house processing, underwriting, and closing teams to move files fast
- Originate a broad product suite including conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, jumbo, and programs with more than 40 state housing agencies
- Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents and builders
- Pursue purchase business
Requirements
- Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS)
- 1+ years of retail origination experience
Qualifications
- Have existing relationships with real estate agents or builders, or be ready to build them
- Desire for purchase business and a company that helps you obtain it

Pay
$60K–80K base salary + commission on funded loans; sign‑on bonus available.
