Mortgage Loan Officer - Non-Commission (Powell, OH)
Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced loan officer to join our team at our Columbus Mortgage Loan Office (155 Hidden Ravines Dr. Suite B, Powell, OH 43065). Our ideal candidate thrives in a team environment and has a passion for helping people. This is a full time, onsite position. Success in this role is not measured with high-pressure sales goals or quotas. Instead, we focus on creating meaningful connections and handling each customer like a valued member of our family.
Responsibilities
- Take equity line/loan and/or mortgage applications
- Carry a pipeline of loans application through closing
- Open depository accounts (checkings, savings, certificate of deposit, IRAs)
- Absorb banking transactions on the platform, in the teller area, and/or over the phone
- Absorb ability to work in all areas of the branch
Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- 2+ years of recent experience managing a pipeline of equity and/or mortgage loans
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Professional grammar and demeanor
- Positive, proactive, and friendly interpersonal skills
- Retail bank teller experience preferred

Pay Range
The anticipated pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00 per hour. At Third Federal, we’re committed to transparency throughout the hiring process.
