Mortgage Loan Officer (MLO)

What You'll Do

• Work with qualified company-provided leads generated through our marketing and social media campaigns
• Build relationships with borrowers and understand their financing needs
• Guide clients through the mortgage and hard money loan process from initial consultation to closing
• Educate clients on available loan products and financing options
• Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects and existing clients
• Collaborate closely with processors, underwriters, and the operations team to ensure a smooth customer experience
• Achieve monthly production goals while delivering exceptional customer service

What We're Looking For

• Active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license
• Previous experience originating residential mortgage loans or hard money loans
• Strong sales, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Confidence speaking with clients over the phone and converting opportunities into funded loans
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed
• Ability to work full-time from our North Hollywood office
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
