We need to produce HTML fragment with sections: About the Opportunity? Actually the posting includes "About the Opportunity" (intro), "Why You'll Love Working Here", "About the Role", "What You'll Do", "What We're Looking For". Also there is pay info: base range $39,998.40 per year, variable incentive plan. Also schedule? Not explicit schedule but hybrid work from home flexibility (min 3 days a week in office) is in Why You'll Love Working Here. So we can include a Schedule section? The instruction: include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. Hybrid work schedule is specific: "Hybrid work from home flexibility (min 3 days a week in office)". That's schedule info. So we can create a Schedule section with that detail. Benefits: they list "Competitive pay Annual incentive/bonus potential Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life, and AD&D 401(k) plan with employer match Hybrid work from home flexibility (min 3 days a week in office) Generous paid time off and holidays Tuition reimbursement and professional development opportunities Opportunities for professional growth and career development Meaningful work that positively impacts our members and communities". So we can have Benefits section with bullet list. Pay: base range $39,998.40 per year, variable incentive plan. So Pay section. We must not repeat job title as heading. The page already shows it, so we don't add heading for Mortgage Loan Officer. We must not put Job ID etc. We must remove boilerplate: EEO, immigration statement, etc. Also remove "We are an Equal Opportunity Employer..." and the immigration sponsorship statement. Also remove "This job posting is for informational purposes only..." etc. We must preserve all substantive information. We need to use

for section headings: e.g., About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. However we can choose headings that match content. The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It suggests we can use those exact headings if appropriate. We have sections: About the Opportunity (intro), Why You'll Love Working Here (maybe Benefits), About the Role (role description), What You'll Do (Responsibilities), What We're Looking For (Requirements/Qualifications/Skills), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We should not create sections with filler. So we need to map content. Let's outline: -

About the Opportunity

...intro paragraph...

Why You'll Love Working Here

  • Certified Great Place to Work®
  • Competitive pay
  • Annual incentive/bonus potential
  • Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life, and AD&D
  • 401(k) plan with employer match
  • Hybrid work from home flexibility (min 3 days a week in office)
  • Generous paid time off and holidays
  • Tuition reimbursement and professional development opportunities
  • Opportunities for professional growth and career development
  • Meaningful work that positively impacts our members and communities
But note that "Hybrid work from home flexibility (min 3 days a week in office)" is schedule; we could also put in Schedule section. However we can keep it in Benefits as it's a benefit. The instruction says we can have Benefits section; we can include that bullet there. But also we could create a separate Schedule section for that detail. The instruction: prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe keep hybrid work in Benefits. But we also have Pay section: base range $39,998.40 per year, variable incentive plan. We also have Benefits: we already listed many benefits; we could combine. We also need About the Role: description. Responsibilities: What You'll Do (list). Requirements/Qualifications/Skills: What We're Looking For (list). Could split into Requirements and Skills but we can just have one section maybe "Requirements". But instruction says we can use headings like Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We could have one heading "Requirements" and list all. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must not include boilerplate: EEO, immigration, informational purposes, etc. We must preserve all substantive information: ensure we keep all details from the original. Let's extract all substantive content: From "About the Opportunity": paragraph about launching new brand Arise Financial, legacy, etc. Keep that. From "Why You'll Love Working Here": list items as above. From "About the Role": paragraph describing role. From "What You'll Do": bullet list of duties. From "What We're Looking For": bullet list of qualifications. Also pay info: base range $39,998.40 per year, variable incentive plan. Also note: "This position is compensated through a commission-based structure with a recoverable draw, aligning earning potential with individual production." That's in About the Role paragraph? Actually it's in About the Role: "This position is compensated through a commission-based structure with a recoverable draw, aligning earning potential with individual production." That's substantive; we need to keep it. Also "If you're hired, your final base pay will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, and experience." That's in pay transparency paragraph. Also "We also take pay equity seriously and consider the internal equity of our current team members as part of any final offer." Also "At this time, the Credit Union will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization or offer any immigration related support for this position (i.e., H1B, F-1 OPT, F-1 STEM OPT, F-1 CPT, J-1, TN, or another type of work authorization)." This is immigration statement; we should remove as boilerplate? It's not EEO but it's about sponsorship. The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. This is about sponsorship; maybe considered legal boilerplate? It's specific to immigration. Likely we should remove it as it's not substantive to the role? It's a condition but maybe considered legal. The instruction says remove EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. Immigration sponsorship might be considered legal. Safer to remove. Also "If you need sponsorship now or in the future, look for this statement in the job description before you apply: “The Credit Union will consider sponsoring a new, qualified applicant for employment authorization for this position”. If this is not listed in the job description, we will not provide sponsorship for the candidate to work in the United States." Also remove. Also "This job posting is for informational purposes only and should not be construed as a complete listing of the job responsibilities and requirements." Remove. Now we need to ensure we didn't lose any substantive info like "NMLS registration required or ability to obtain within the designated timeframe." etc. Let's compile. We'll produce HTML:
