- Uncapped Earning Potential: There are no artificial caps on production. Income growth is driven by your effort, market execution, and effective use of our systems, not by rate manipulation or pricing incentives.
- Non-Delegated Correspondent Model with Transparent Pricing: Tag Lending Group operates as a non-delegated correspondent lender. Loan pricing is established independently of Loan Officer compensation and is not inflated to fund commission structures. This model supports transparent, market-based pricing and maintains a clear separation between borrower terms and Loan Officer compensation, in alignment with RESPA, SAFE Act, and anti-steering requirements.
