ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor and provide approval of Construction Perm loans before and at closing.
- Process pre-closing on construction loans by reviewing documents such as construction contracts, plans, specs, site plans, title work, Construction and Repair forms, etc.
- Review and file recorded documents for accuracy after closing.
- Create a full work up of inspections of property throughout the construction phase.
- Approve documents such as Builders Risk, Builder Liability, Flood Insurance, Notice to Owners, Lien Waivers, Notice of Commencements, Foundation Surveys, etc.
- Process final draws and facilitate modifications.
- Utilize reports and data to monitor workload and loan status.
- Oversee the extension of Notice of Commencements.
- Process extensions of the interest-only term of Construction Perm loans.
- Provide support to the Home Builder Approval Program.
- Collaborate with Borrowers and Builders about inquiries.
- Maintain confidentiality.
- Monitor past due Construction Perm loans.
- Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Broad knowledge of such fields as accounting, marketing, business administration, finance, etc.
- Equivalent to a four-year college degree, plus 5 years related experience and/or training, and 2 years related management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to effectively communicate information and respond to questions in person-to-person and small group situations with customers, clients, general public and other employees of the organization.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of known variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram formats.

- Intermediate: Accounting, Contact Management, Database, Spreadsheet
