Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver initial Loan Estimates (LEs) and Closing Disclosures (CDs) in accordance with TRID timing rules.
- Process Change of Circumstance (COC) redisclosures when rates, fees, or loan terms change.
- Build and balance final CDs with title/settlement agents.
- Review fees, escrows, insurance, and payoffs for accuracy and compliance.
- Cover closing packages and ensure borrowers sign the required documents.
- Submit funding requests to the warehouse line/investors and track wire confirmations.
- Monitor warehouse line usage, including interest charges, wire fees, and processing costs.
- Verify payoff and investor purchase, clearing any post-closing conditions as needed.
- Maintain loan-level compliance documentation in Point LOS.
Qualifications
- Experience with loan disclosures, closing, or funding in the mortgage industry.
- Familiarity with TRID rules and timing requirements.
- Proficiency with Calyx Point (or similar LOS).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- High attention to detail with the ability to catch errors before they become issues.
