About the role
The Mortgage Investor Sales Analyst supports mortgage investor sales operations by ensuring accurate loan delivery, documentation management, and compliance throughout the post-closing process. This role plays a key role in maintaining strong relationships with investors and agencies while helping optimize loan sale execution.
Requirements
- Mortgage industry experience
- Strong analytical abilities
- Excellent attention to detail
- Minimum of 3 years of mortgage experience, preferably with loan processing or post-closing operations
- Strong knowledge of mortgage processes, investor requirements, and loan delivery procedures
- Experience with complex income analysis, appraisal review, and title review
- Proficiency with Desktop Underwriter (DU)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service and relationship management abilities
- Government lending experience is a plus
- Wholesale mortgage experience is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with reliable high-speed internet access
- Strong attention to detail, accountability, and problem-solving skills
