Key Responsibilities

• Receive final docs from escrow and verify all required fields have been completed
• Verify all final closing conditions have been met
• Underwrite all appropriate documentation to sign off and clear closing funds, ensuring the file is balanced
• Run and review the Mavent report to ensure accuracy and issue COCs as necessary
• Coverage with warehouse bank to initiate and authorize the transfer of funds
• Verify that all prior to funding conditions have been satisfied
• Deliver exceptional customer service to brokers and borrowers by providing timely communication, accurate loan status updates, and proactive resolution of funding-related inquiries

Preferred Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• 5 + years experience in a similar role
• Experience working within Encompass
• Non-QM Experience
• Knowledge of funding loans in dry, wet and attorney states
