About the role

FAR Inspections is seeking experienced independent contractors to perform residential occupancy verifications for mortgage lenders. Contractors enjoy a flexible schedule and can earn full-time or supplemental income.

Responsibilities

• Complete inspections within 4 days after assignment.
• Report on property conditions using a mobile app.
• Take 9+ exterior photos with brief comments.
• Fill out a short form in an app.
• Drive for extended periods, making multiple stops daily.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license.
• Background check using a valid driver's license.

Pay and Hours

• Flat rate per inspection.
• Rates vary based on county and volume.
• Work 2-30 hours per week, depending on volume.
• No additional mileage reimbursement.
