About the role
The Disclosure Desk Analyst is responsible for reviewing, preparing, and delivering all required mortgage loan disclosures. This position requires strong attention to detail, regulatory awareness, and the ability to manage a high-volume workflow in a deadline-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Verify that all required loan disclosures are complete, accurate, and delivered within regulatory timelines and internal service standards
- Monitor personal workflow queues daily to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of loan products, internal guidelines, and relevant regulatory updates
- Collaborate effectively with branch teams and corporate mortgage operations to support a smooth and compliant disclosure process
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and consistently meet deadlines
- Comfortable adapting to evolving guidelines, systems, and regulatory requirements
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and committed to maintaining compliance
Pay
$50,000 - $52,000 per year
