Mortgage Client Intake Coordinator
About the role
Metroplex Mortgage Services is seeking a Mortgage Client Intake Coordinator to help prospective homebuyers begin the mortgage process and ensure every client receives exceptional service from first contact. This position is ideal for candidates with experience in customer service, banking, real estate, title, mortgage lending, administrative support, or client relations who enjoy helping people and building relationships.
All inquiries originate from company marketing efforts, referral partners, repeat clients, or existing business relationships. This is not a cold-calling position. We provide mortgage-specific training and opportunities for long-term career growth within the organization.
Responsibilities

This is a full-time, in-office position located at our Tampa office.

Pay
Typical annual compensation ranges from $38,000 to $48,000 based on experience and performance.
