Mortgage Chain of Title Specialist

Responsibilities
- Review and enter data from images of real estate documents
- Clear assignment chains by creating curative documents
- Understand and follow process flows to route orders to the correct areas
- Read and follow specific handling procedures
- Review notes and client-specific instructions to create real estate documents
- Work overtime and weekends as needed
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple objectives to meet client deadlines and department goals
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and NTC software
- Self-motivated while working independently on assigned files
- Commitment to cultivating a diverse and inclusive work environment
Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent work experience required
- Experience in title, mortgage, or real estate, preferred
Skills
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of mortgage and assignment documents
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency

Pay
$15.00 per hour - $18.50 per hour.
