About the role

Motivated and experienced Mortgage Advisors are needed to assist clients in obtaining home loans. This role involves providing expert advice, processing loan applications, and ensuring compliance with all regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized mortgage advice to clients
• Process loan applications efficiently
• Ensure all loan documents are accurate and complete
• Communicate with clients to address any questions or concerns
• Comply with all relevant laws and regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in mortgage banking or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Skills

• Knowledge of mortgage products and processes
• Experience with loan underwriting software
• Strong attention to detail
