Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and knowledgeable customer service to all guests.
- Aid customers with product selection, ensuring they find the right items for their needs.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the register.
- Upsell and promote store products, events, and membership programs.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns professionally and proactively.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including shelves, counters, and play areas.
- Restock and organize merchandise as needed, ensuring inventory is properly displayed.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including loss prevention and cash-handling protocols.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.
- Support for in-store events, tournaments, and gaming sessions.
- Assist with event setup, check-ins, and general player engagement.
Store Operations
- Stand for the majority of the shift, with occasional bending, lifting, and moving of inventory.
- Lift up to 30 lbs when handling store merchandise.
