Morning Shift - Gaming Sales Consultant

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and knowledgeable customer service to all guests.
• Aid customers with product selection, ensuring they find the right items for their needs.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the register.
• Upsell and promote store products, events, and membership programs.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns professionally and proactively.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including shelves, counters, and play areas.
• Restock and organize merchandise as needed, ensuring inventory is properly displayed.
• Follow all company policies and procedures, including loss prevention and cash-handling protocols.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.
• Support for in-store events, tournaments, and gaming sessions.
• Assist with event setup, check-ins, and general player engagement.

Store Operations

• Stand for the majority of the shift, with occasional bending, lifting, and moving of inventory.
• Lift up to 30 lbs when handling store merchandise.
