Key Responsibilities

  • Operate press equipment safely and efficiently
  • Review and interpret quality alerts and part specifications before starting a job
  • Perform first-piece inspections and compare against approved first articles
  • Accurately complete production logs, job startup checklists, and operator logs
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe workstations in accordance with environmental and safety guidelines
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth shift transitions
  • Communicate promptly with supervisors regarding any quality issues

Required Qualifications

  • A High School Diploma or GED is preferred
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
  • Willingness to adhere to all safety and quality procedures
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Schedule Options

  • A Shift: Monday through Wednesday 6:00am-12:15pm alternating Thursday/Friday or Saturday/Sunday 6:00am-6:15pm.
  • B Shift: Monday through Wednesday 12:00pm-6:15pm alternating Thursday/Friday or Saturday/Sunday 6:00am-6:15pm.

Work Environment & Expectations

  • Manufacturing environment that may be hot, noisy, and dirty
  • Substantial physical effort - extensive reaching, lifting, stretching, bending, and twisting
  • Stop production if the 3-5-10 rule or set process doesn't result in a quality product

We are seeking a Press Operator to support our manufacturing operations. This role is critical to ensuring that high-quality parts are produced according to customer specifications and internal standards.
