How do I make an impact on my team?

• Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, slicing, and measuring according to recipes and chef instructions
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation following food safety and sanitation standards
• Label and store food items properly to ensure freshness and minimize waste
• Assist with basic cooking tasks and restock supplies to support the kitchen team during service

What does success look like in this role?

• One or more years of kitchen experience
• Consistently ensures the highest standards of service in attaining guest satisfaction and profitability
• Creative, organized, innovative, and even tempered personality
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
