About the role

Sun Broadcasting is seeking a dynamic, personality-driven morning cohost for their CHR station, B103.9 (WXKB-FM), located in Fort Myers, FL.

Responsibilities

• Make local radio feel alive by preparing, conversing, and connecting with listeners through relevant and engaging content.
• Entertain, inform, react, and relate to listeners through storytelling, lifestyle moments, and current events.
• Create a consistent and engaging on-air product by working closely with the programming team.
• Become part of a team that values local ownership, creative support, and growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Experience in on-air or audio production is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and natural delivery.
• Solid show preparation and good instincts.
• Ability to work well with the programming team.
• Physical requirements including sitting, standing, bending, stooping, reaching, and handling technical components.

Qualifications

• Local ownership and creative support offered.
