Requirements
- Valid certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA), licensed by the New Jersey State Board of Nursing
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Drivers Preferred
- Ability to perform patient observation accurately and respond promptly to changing health conditions
- Caregiving duties throughout shifts
Qualifications
- Compassionate attitude combined with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical stamina to assist with mobility tasks
