About the role
We are seeking a responsible and engaging babysitter to spend time with our energetic 3-year-old daughter, Valerie, on Monday, October 12, 2026, from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM in San Jose, CA. As her preschool is closed, we need someone who can entertain her in the morning before her nap. Valerie enjoys swinging on the swing in our yard, being read books, and playing make believe. Both parents will be working from home and available for support if needed. We have a friendly 7-year-old lab golden mix in the home. We are conveniently located near Mission and Laurel.
Responsibilities
- Engage Valerie in play activities such as swinging on the yard swing
- Read books to Valerie
- Facilitate make‑believe games
