Morning Babysitter

About the role

Hope Presbyterian Church in New Braunfels is seeking an outgoing and welcoming babysitter to care for children on Sunday mornings from 8:30 AM to 11:30 AM.

Responsibilities

• Prepping the classroom
• Ensuring a smooth drop-off process
• Working with an adult volunteer
• Assigning to care for children in one of the age-specific classrooms: Babies (3 months-walking), Toddlers (1-2 years), or Preschool (3-4 years)
• Handling diaper changes
• Cleaning up the play area after sessions

Requirements

• No phone use, calls, texts, or taking pictures during shift
• Maintain focus without pets present

Qualifications

• Outgoing and welcoming personality
• Experience caring for children in a church setting
• Ability to handle diaper changes and clean-up
