About the role
This PRN position with the Medical University Hospital Authority (MUHA) is based in the CHS Histopathology & Special Stains department (Cost Center CC000459). The role involves receiving deceased patients, confirming identification, placing bodies in compartment trays, releasing bodies as appropriate, and potentially assisting pathologists with autopsies.
Responsibilities
- Receive bodies of deceased patients
- Place bodies in compartment trays
- Confirm identification of bodies
- Release bodies as appropriate
- Assist pathologist in performing autopsies (as needed)
Requirements
- High School Degree or Equivalent
- 0–6 months of work experience
- State licensure and/or professional certification as required for the position
Schedule
- PRN (as needed)
- 12 scheduled weekly hours
- Work shift to be determined
Pay
- Hourly rate
- Pay Grade: Health-20
