About the role

The Pest Control Service Technician is responsible for inspecting and removing pests from residences and businesses. This position requires a courteous and timely approach, excellent customer service, and the ability to recommend additional services.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and remove pests from residential and commercial properties
• Use restricted products and materials according to manufacturer labels, regulations, and company policies
• Maintain customer documentation on product usage and service scope
• Recommend additional services and support sales opportunities in the service territory
• Drive in compliance with company policy and maintain a good driving record

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record and proof of insurability
• Lives within the service territory (Springfield and Hartford metro areas)
• Massachusetts and Connecticut applicator licenses preferred but not required
• Must be able to pass a background screening, including a criminal history check

Pay

$38,000.00 - $47,000.00 per year

Schedule

8 hour shift, Monday to Friday
