About the role
The Pest Control Service Technician is responsible for inspecting and removing pests from residences and businesses in a timely, responsive, and courteous manner. They provide excellent client service and recommend additional services to customers as appropriate.
Responsibilities
- Inspects and removes pests from residences and businesses
- Uses restricted products and materials in accordance with manufacturer labels, regulatory guidelines, and company policies
- Maintains customer documentation on product usage and service scope
- Identifies and supports sales opportunities in the service territory
- Communicates clearly and concisely with customers
- Works independently and collaboratively with other team members
- Adheres to safety protocols and maintains a professional demeanor
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record and proof of insurability
- Well-developed problem-solving and organizational skills
- Clear and concise communication skills
- Technology-savvy
- Strong writing and oral communication skills
- Lives within the service territory (Springfield and Hartford metro areas)
- Massachusetts and Connecticut applicator licenses a plus
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of Licensed Pesticide Technician experience
- MA and CT Pesticide Applicator License

8 hour shift, Monday to Friday
