About the role

The Pest Control Service Technician is responsible for inspecting and removing pests from residences and businesses in a timely, responsive, and courteous manner. They provide excellent client service and recommend additional services to customers as appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Inspects and removes pests from residences and businesses
• Uses restricted products and materials in accordance with manufacturer labels, regulatory guidelines, and company policies
• Maintains customer documentation on product usage and service scope
• Identifies and supports sales opportunities in the service territory
• Communicates clearly and concisely with customers
• Works independently and collaboratively with other team members
• Adheres to safety protocols and maintains a professional demeanor

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a good driving record and proof of insurability
• Well-developed problem-solving and organizational skills
• Clear and concise communication skills
• Technology-savvy
• Strong writing and oral communication skills
• Lives within the service territory (Springfield and Hartford metro areas)
• Massachusetts and Connecticut applicator licenses a plus

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of Licensed Pesticide Technician experience
• MA and CT Pesticide Applicator License
