About the role

The Pest Control Service Technician is responsible for inspecting and removing pests from residences and businesses in a timely, responsive, and courteous manner. This position requires excellent client service and the ability to recommend additional services and support sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and remove pests from residential and commercial properties
• Use restricted products and materials according to manufacturer labels, regulatory guidelines, and company policies
• Maintain customer documentation on product usage and service scope
• Recommend additional services to customers and identify sales opportunities
• Work autonomously and as part of a team
• Pass background screening, including a criminal history check

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a good driving record and proof of insurability
• Lives within the service territory (Springfield and Hartford metro areas)
• Massachusetts and Connecticut applicator licenses preferred but not required

$38,000.00 - $47,000.00 per year
