Requirements
- Pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
- Candidates should have one or two years of experience working with and/or providing for individuals who live at home and have had one of the following: stroke, concussions, brain injury, TBI.
- Present a letter from a person and/or employer verifying experience.
- Car, driver’s license and insurance.
- High-school and/or GED graduate.

Candidates must be able to provide support in all aspects of home and community life, ensuring consistent safety, providing a healthy and professional friendship, personal hygiene and dressing, scheduling, attending and reporting on medical and therapeutic appointments, shopping, cooking, and cleaning with the client, organizing consistent exercise, socialization, and entertainment. Clients live alone or with family and are directed and monitored by various agencies including DSS, DMHAS, BRS, DDS, Legal Conservators, CCCI, SWCAA, WCAAA, and care management access agencies for daily efficiency.
