Montessori Program Manager Lead Guide

Responsibilities

• Lead Montessori-inspired enrichment classes and guide children through purposeful, developmentally appropriate activities
• Maintain a calm, engaging, and prepared learning environment
• Support curriculum planning and program structure
• Cook/coordinate class schedules, materials, and daily program flow
• Provide guidance and support to instructors and team members
• Communicate professionally with families and help create a welcoming community environment
• Auxiliary with program development, quality improvement, and ongoing growth initiatives

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in a Montessori, early childhood, or enrichment setting
• Strong understanding of child development and child-led learning
• Leadership, organization, and communication skills
• Ability to create a positive, calm, and nurturing environment
• Montessori training or certification preferred
• Program coordination or leadership experience is a plus
