Cadence Education is seeking an enthusiastic Montessori Certified Toddler Lead to join a team dedicated to love, laughter, and lifelong learning.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 18 years old
  • Montessori credentials (AMS, AMI, or equivalent)
  • Meets all state preschool lead teacher requirements
  • Flexible and available during business hours
  • Preferred: Child Development Associate (CDA) or degree in Early Childhood, Child Development, or related field
  • Passion for the Montessori method and toddler development

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a calm, happy classroom with a nurturing approach
  • Encourage children’s curiosity, ensure safety, and turn play into learning adventures

  • Plan a daily schedule blending quiet moments, outdoor fun, and motor-skill growth
  • Create a cozy, inspiring classroom that fuels toddler curiosity and independence
  • Guide little ones with patience and a nurturing Montessori touch
  • Share milestones with parents, turning everyday moments into treasured memories
  • Collaborate with fellow educators to craft a playful, toddler-perfect curriculum
  • Encourage exploration with toys, language, and activities while prioritizing safety
  • Design daily adventures packed with quiet discoveries, outdoor play, and motor-skill milestones
