Full-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: Benefits, Overview (maybe "About the role"? but we have "Overview" and "Why Work For GEO" etc). The instructions: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Output ONLY the HTML fragment — no /, no markdown code fences. We need to parse the posting. The posting text includes: "Benefits Information Full-time employees will enjoy a competitive benefits package with options for you and your family including: Paid Time Off Paid Holidays 401(k) Matching Health Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Health Savings Account Tuition Reimbursement Employee Discount Reduced Tuition Rates Disability Insurance Employee Assistance Program 401(k) Pet Insurance Dental Insurance Paid Training Flexible Spending Account The compensation and benefits information is accurate as of the date of this posting. GEO Reentry Services LLC." We need to extract sections: Benefits, Overview (maybe combine "Overview", "Who We Are", "Why Work For GEO" into an "About the role" or "Overview"? The instructions say use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we can map content accordingly. We have Benefits section: list of benefits. We have Overview: "Are you looking for a career you can feel good about? ..." plus "Who We Are" and "Why Work For GEO". This could be considered "About the role" or "Overview". The instruction says we can use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we can use

    About the role

for that overview content. We have Responsibilities: "Responsibilities Summary ..." and then "Primary Duties And Responsibilities" list. So we can use

    Responsibilities

    with a
    • list. We have Qualifications: "Qualifications Minimum Requirements ..." So we can use

      Qualifications

      with a
      • list. We might also have Skills? Not explicitly separate; qualifications include abilities. Could treat as Skills but we can keep Qualifications. We have no Pay or Schedule info, so we should not create those sections. We need to remove boilerplate: "Equal Opportunity Employer", "The compensation and benefits information is accurate as of the date of this posting. The Company reserves the right to modify this information at any time, with or without notice, subject to applicable law." Also maybe "GEO Reentry Services LLC." at end? That's minor metadata; we can fold into a short

or drop. Probably drop. Also remove duplicated lines: The benefits list includes "401(k)" twice? Actually list includes "401(k) Matching" and later "401(k)" again? It says: "Paid Time Off Paid Holidays 401(k) Matching Health Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Health Savings Account Tuition Reimbursement Employee Discount Reduced Tuition Rates Disability Insurance Employee Assistance Program 401(k) Pet Insurance Dental Insurance Paid Training Flexible Spending Account". There's duplicate 401(k). We should preserve all substantive information; but we can deduplicate? The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Removing duplicate might be considered summarizing? It's ambiguous. Safer to keep as listed, but we could keep both entries; it's not harmful. However duplicate may be considered noise but it's still substantive. I'd keep both. We need to format benefits as a list. Now produce HTML:

But we might split into paragraphs? The instruction: use

for prose. Could combine into one

but it's long; still okay. Could split into multiple

for readability but not required. We'll keep as one
