About the role
JYL Transportation, Inc. offers the perfect combination of Pay, Benefits, and Flexibility. As a Van Monitor, you will earn a starting rate of $18/hr with potential for full-time hours and flexible shifts from 6:00am-8:00pm. You can also run errands or pick up hours as a ride-share driver outside of your assigned route.
Responsibilities
- Maintain client safety by monitoring their behavior and providing appropriate guidance, feedback, and direction when necessary.
- Safely assist clients as needed, such as helping them enter and exit the vehicle, using the vehicle’s lap and shoulder belts, and securing them in car seats and booster seats.
- Communicate effectively and clearly in English with clients, parents, program staff, and JYL staff.

- Pass a background check, CORI, and SORI
