Responsibilities
- Monitor client behavior to provide appropriate guidance, feedback, and direction when necessary.
- Safely assist clients as needed, including helping them enter and exit the vehicle, using the vehicle’s lap and shoulder belts, and safely securing them in car seats and booster seats.
- Communicate effectively and clearly in English with clients, parents, program staff, and JYL staff.
Requirements
- Age 19+
- Ability to pass a background check, CORI, and SORI.

Pay
The starting rate is $18/hr, with potential for full-time hours and flexible shifts from 6:00am-8:00pm. Additional opportunities to earn extra income through ride-sharing are available.
Schedule
Exact shift times depend on assigned routes. Flexible scheduling allows you to run errands or pick up hours as a ride-share driver outside of your main shifts.
